These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on or after this date.
Introduction
Galleria Green is an online gallery offering high-quality contemporary Fine Art Photography prints for purchase. A curated collection of abstract, conceptual and surreal compositions exclusively showcases the distinctive creations of visual artist and founder of Galleria Green, Irina Hurme (hereinafter referred to as “the artist”).
The entire process, from the meticulous creation of each artwork to the selection of the print type, is an integral part of the artist’s approach. In collaboration with carefully selected top-tier printing labs in Europe and the United States, every piece is carefully handcrafted to absolute perfection using the highest level of craftsmanship and archival gallery-quality materials. These exclusive artworks are printed to order in strictly limited editions, preserving the integrity of the original while offering lasting value and a refined visual presence.
Crafted for individual orders, each print showcases the unmistakable visual style of Irina Hurme. For further details about the selection of the print types, please visit the Print Types page.

Applicability of These Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all sales contracts between Galleria Green and a customer.
Online Purchases: When customers make a direct online purchase, a contract is formed upon placing an order through the online store. By doing so, customers agree that the sale shall be governed solely and exclusively by these terms and conditions.
Invoice Purchases (e.g. for custom artwork sizes, framing or other personalized services): Customers receive a customized offer and upon written acceptance (via e-mail) enter into the same contract, agreeing to the exclusive application of these standard terms and conditions. The customized offer will always include the contract for reference.
Please note that customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order at Galleria Green online gallery.
Copyright to the Artwork
By purchasing any artwork from Galleria Green, the customer acquires ownership of the physical print only.
No additional usage rights are granted. This means that any form of reproduction, publishing or commercial distribution of the artwork — whether physical or digital — is strictly prohibited. Public exhibition of the purchased artwork for profit requires written consent from the artist, who retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to all artworks sold through Galleria Green.
However, the customer is free to resell the printed art piece or transfer ownership to a third party — for example, by giving it as a gift — along with the Certificate of Authenticity (CoA). Inclusion of the artwork in interior photography — such as editorial features, home documentation or social media posts — is permitted, provided that the use is clearly non-commercial.
While the artwork remains unique, the artist reserves the right to reproduce the image in other formats — such as postcards, posters, calendars or other merchandise — as long as these do not compete with the Limited Edition Fine Art prints. These versions are always clearly distinguished and do not affect the value or exclusivity of the Limited Editions.
If you are unsure about any aspect of usage or would like to request permission for a specific case, please feel free to get in touch.
Placing Orders
A customer may purchase an artwork directly through the Galleria Green online store or by accepting a customized offer via email.
Online Orders:
By clicking the “Place Order” button on the online store, the customer places a binding order. This action forms a purchase contract between Galleria Green and the customer and confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. After placing the order, the customer will immediately receive an order confirmation by email, which also serves as the purchase receipt. The confirmation includes:
- Artwork name
- Dimensions
- Print type
- Price breakdown: artwork net price, VAT (Value Added Tax for EU customers only), shipping costs and total price
Invoice Orders:
For custom artwork sizes, framing or other personalized services, customers may request a customized offer via email. Once the offer is accepted in writing, the order is considered final and the customer agrees to the standard Terms and Conditions, which are always included with the offer along with the same confirmation details listed above.
All purchase contracts — whether made online or via customized offer — are binding and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please read more detailed information about the return policy on the Return Policy page.
Once the order is placed and the full payment has been received, the order will be forwarded to the printing lab (applies to both online orders and invoice-based purchases).
When the artwork is ready for shipment, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email. Read more about delivery details on the Shipping page.
If the purchased artwork is part of a Limited Edition, it will be accompanied by a printed Certificate of Authenticity (CoA), which ensures its origin, edition number and long-term value. Further information can be found on the Editions & CoA page.
All order-related confirmations and invoices are sent exclusively by email.
Galleria Green reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for a justified reason (e.g. delivery restrictions, missing contact details or other force majeure situations such as natural disasters, political instability or major disruptions in international logistics). If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded to the same account originally used by the customer.
Prices, Delivery Costs and Import Duties
All artwork prices, delivery costs and any additional charges in the Galleria Green online store — as well as in custom offers and invoices — are stated and processed in Euros (€), which is the currency of the online store unless specifically indicated otherwise by Galleria Green.
Other currencies shown are for reference purposes only. Conversion rates may not reflect the latest updates and are provided as a general guide only. Please verify current exchange rates independently for accuracy.
In accordance with EU regulations, a reduced VAT (Value Added Tax) rate applies to Fine Art prints and is calculated at the checkout for EU-based customers.
Shipping costs are also calculated at the checkout, determined by the customer’s delivery address and the origin country of the printing lab. The shipping price includes both packaging and insurance fees.
Local import duties, taxes or similar public charges may apply when the artwork is imported to the customer’s delivery address. These potential additional costs are not included in the checkout total price and are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping information, delivery timelines and handling procedures are described in more detail on the Shipping page.
Please note that Galleria Green reserves the right to update artwork prices and related charges without prior notice during the sale period of a Limited Edition. However, once an order has been placed, the confirmed price will remain unchanged.
Payment Methods and Terms
At Galleria Green, secure payment options are offered through trusted third-party payment gateway Stripe — a widely trusted payment platform used by millions of businesses around the world. Payments can be made conveniently using all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express (AMEX).
Stripe uses advanced security technologies, including encryption and tokenization, to protect your personal and financial data. Credit card information is encrypted using AES-256 protocols and handled in a secure, isolated environment. Stripe is also certified to the highest industry standards, including PCI DSS. These safeguards help ensure that every transaction is processed safely and reliably. For more detailed information, read Stripe’s security practices.
All artwork prices, delivery costs and any additional charges in the Galleria Green online store — as well as in custom offers and invoices — are stated and processed in Euros (€), which is the currency of the online store unless specifically indicated otherwise by Galleria Green.
For purchases made with a credit card, the card will be charged immediately upon order placement.
For corporate and legal entity customers who request a customized offer, payment by invoice may be offered upon agreement. In such cases, the payment term is 7 days from the date of invoice. A notice fee of 5 Euros (€) will be charged starting from the second reminder. Bank transfer is the only accepted method of payment for invoice orders — cheques are not accepted.
In accordance with the Finnish Interest Act (§4), the following late payment interest rates apply:
- For consumer sales: 10.5% per annum, calculated above the European Central Bank reference rate
- For business-to-business sales: 11.5% per annum, calculated above the European Central Bank reference rate
(For example, if the ECB reference rate is 4.5%, the applicable annual interest rate would be 15.0% for consumers and 16.0% for businesses.)
Please note that if payment remains unsettled after two reminders, the matter may be transferred to a third-party debt collection agency, which may add their own collection fees to the outstanding amount and any previously incurred charges.
Because all artworks are printed to order, production does not begin until full payment has been received — regardless of the payment method. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and secure handling of each individual order — thank you for your understanding.
If you encounter any difficulties with payment or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at info@galleriagreen.com.
Personal data

Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms, the contract of sale as well as any dispute between Galleria Green and a customer shall be governed by the laws of Finland, without giving regard to its choice of law rules and principles.
Any litigation or dispute arising between the Galleria Green and a customer under these terms will be resolved by the district court where Galleria Green is domiciled.
If the customer is a consumer residing in an EU country, they will always retain the mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of their own country. This means that even though Finnish law is applied, these local rights cannot be taken away. A consumer also has the right to bring any legal claim to the court of their own place of residence.
Consumers may also use the ODR platform managed by the European Commission to settle their disputes. This platform can be found on: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Finnish consumers may always refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi and www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). Galleria Green shall also have the right to bring up any claim related to a due receivable from the customer in the district court where the customer is domiciled.
Additional Terms Applicable to Corporate Customers
For corporate and legal entity customers, Galleria Green’s liability is limited as follows:
In no event shall Galleria Green be liable to the customer for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any punitive or incidental damages — including, without limitation, damages related to business interruption, loss of use, data, revenue, profit, or third-party claims.
The liability of Galleria Green to the customer in respect of any claim for loss, damage, cost or expense shall in no event exceed 50% of the VAT-exclusive price paid by the customer for the artwork. These limitations of Galleria Green’s liability shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Force majeure
Galleria Green is not liable for any delay, defect or failure to perform its obligations if the cause is beyond its reasonable control. Such force majeure events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, transport disruptions, strikes or failures in third-party production facilities. This applies regardless of whether the situation could have been anticipated.

Galleria Green reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as well as the content of its online store, including the artwork selection, print types and pricing. Any updates will be published on this page. The Terms and Conditions that apply to a specific order are those in force at the time the order is placed.
Please note that Galleria Green reserves the right to update artwork prices and related charges without prior notice during the sale period of a Limited Edition. However, once an order has been placed, the confirmed price will remain unchanged.
