Print types

My artwork represents more than just photographs; it embodies the final print and the carefully chosen medium for its presentation. Each piece has a unique nature, theme and style, deserving the perfect complement to highlight its essence. That’s why selecting the right print type is an integral part of my artistry — and why I choose to present my work as Contemporary Fine Art Photography Prints crafted to the highest standards.

As an artist who values the transformative power of mediums, I have a strong preference for high-end TruLife® acrylic prints such as Diasec® and Lumachrome®. Known as “face mounts,” they enhance vibrancy, depth and visual impact, creating a stunning, modern presentation that eliminates the need for external framing.

In addition, some works are available as traditionally framed Fine Art prints behind Optium Museum Acrylic® or as sleek HD Finish® metal prints — each carefully chosen to match the artwork’s character.

In the Galleria Green collection, artworks are typically offered in two standard sizes and in two or even three print types, generally ranging from 100 cm to 250 cm (39″ to 98″). Custom large-format prints are also available, up to 304 cm × 151 cm (120″ × 60″).

Each artwork is delivered ready to hang, with a secure, elegant mounting system tailored to the medium — ready to install straight out of the box.

DIASEC® TruLife® Acrylic Fine Art print

I have chosen this revolutionary acrylic print because it sets the standard for museum-grade quality, with its unparalleled clarity, durability and premier presentation.

The artwork is Giclée-printed on archival Fine Art paper (acid-free, OBA-free) and face-mounted using the patented Diasec® process — a method that seamlessly laminates the print between a 3.0 mm TruLife® acrylic and an anodized aluminum backing, forming a rigid, stable structure that is remarkably resistant to aging. This unique mounting technique ensures the final artwork is free of bubbles and streaks, while offering exceptional visual depth and brilliance.

TruLife® Acrylic features an anti-reflective coating that eliminates disruptive reflections and glare, allowing every detail, depth and vibrant color to be showcased brilliantly. The material is also anti-static and scratch-resistant. Satin-finished edges enhance the artwork and give a clean, modern look — often eliminating the need for additional framing.

Certified to last over 120 years under normal light conditions, this print format meets the highest archival standards. For optimal preservation, avoid placing the artwork in direct sunlight.

DIASEC® TruLife® Acrylic prints can be produced up to 304 × 151 cm (120″ × 60″).

Lumachrome® TruLife® Acrylic Fine Art print

This patented, museum-grade face-mounting process offers a stunning high-end presentation that brings pure visual luxury to any interior. It creates a luminous, almost backlit appearance with a near 3D effect and glowing dimensional depth.

While a Lumachrome® TruLife® Acrylic print does not contain paper in the traditional sense, its construction still meets the most exacting requirements in terms of age resistance, optical brilliance and archival quality — with a certified longevity of over 120 years — which is why it is considered a Fine Art medium.

The artwork is printed onto a transparent iridium-infused layer, which enhances light refraction and fine detail. This layer is bonded over a white, resin-coated metallic base and seamlessly face-mounted between TruLife® anti-reflective acrylic and an Alu-DiBond backer, forming a rigid, archival structure. Each piece is finished with precision-cut satin edges (diamond milled), offering an ultra-clean, non-reflective profile — resulting in a sleek, contemporary look that elevates the visual experience and doesn’t require additional framing.

Custom-made to order in the USA, the Lumachrome® TruLife® Acrylic Fine Art Print is designed for a bold, modern presentation. I often choose this format for works with strong abstraction and layered complexity, where enhanced depth and brilliance can intensify the intended visual impact.

Available in large-format sizes up to 304 × 151 cm (120″ × 60″).

Alternative framing options are available upon request.

Framed Fine Art print behind Optium Museum Acrylic®

In addition to acrylic face-mounted formats, some of my works are also available as traditionally framed Fine Art prints, offering a timeless and refined alternative.

The photographic artwork is printed on carefully selected Fine Art paper, mounted on a rigid aluminium backer and custom-framed using Optium Museum Acrylic® — a premium museum glazing solution which combines the benefits of true optical quality with outstanding durability.

Its virtually invisible anti-reflective coating minimises reflections to less than 1%, allowing the viewer to experience the finest details in crystal clear colour neutrality, without distortion or distraction. Additionally it is antistatic, shatterproof and scratch-resistant — all while providing over 99% UV protection.

This classical framing method surrounds the artwork with a passe-partout and places the glazing directly on top of it — a clear and elegant presentation style that highlights the material presence and texture of the print itself.

The framing process is carried out by experienced master framers at my trusted print lab, using museum-grade craftsmanship throughout. I personally select the frame material and colour to match each piece, ensuring a balanced and cohesive presentation.

Unlike traditional glass, Optium is lightweight and highly impact-resistant, making it perfectly suited for large-scale works using 3 mm standard glazing or thicker 4.5–6 mm options when needed for added structural rigidity. The maximum size available in 6 mm thickness is 183 × 305 cm (72″ × 120″).

Alternative framing options are available upon request.

HD Finish® Metal Fine Art Print

HD Finish® is the Fine Art version of the ChromaLuxe® Metal print, created for a superior, gallery-grade presentation. Through an advanced sublimation technique, archival inks are infused directly into the coated surface under intense heat and pressure, creating a vivid durable result with strong contrast and a near 3D effect.

The artwork is produced on a 1.5 mm thick aluminum panel with a white top layer and matte finish, resulting in a lightweight yet robust metal structure with striking visual depth. The surface is water-resistant, scratch-resistant and withstands even aggressive cleaning agents — making it exceptionally long-lasting. The prominent Wilhelm Research Imaging laboratory has evaluated the HD Finish® process and confirmed a minimum lifespan of 65 years

Each artwork is mounted using a discreet 25 mm thick aluminum suspension system for a clean minimalist presentation and easy hanging straight out of the box

All my HD Finish® pieces are custom-made with millimetre precision, with a maximum available size of 122 × 244 cm (48″ × 96″).

This metal Fine Art print offers sleek contemporary elegance, combining striking brilliance, exceptional durability and a refined finish — making it a perfect choice for you if you are looking for a modern high-definition presentation that truly stands out.

Luxurious powder-coated aluminum floating frames are offered in various thicknesses and colors and can be requested as an optional addition.

Fine Art Papers

Whether I choose an acrylic or framed print type, all my works are produced with a focus on longevity, precision and museum-quality standards. For paper-based print types, I use only carefully selected archival Fine Art papers — acid-free, highly durable and capable of rendering exceptional color depth and fine detail.

All Fine Art prints are created using the Giclée printing process, ensuring outstanding tonal range, clarity and long-term durability. My trusted go-to brand is Hahnemühle, from which I select the ideal paper for each artwork. Occasionally, I also use other premium Fine Art paper brands that meet the same professional standards. These papers are age-resistant for over 100 years, meeting the most exacting archival requirements in both quality and preservation.

While Lumachrome® prints do not use paper in the traditional sense, their construction still meets the highest standards of longevity and archival quality — with a certified lifespan of over 120 years — which is why they are also considered a Fine Art medium.

By choosing these Fine Art papers, I preserve the integrity and beauty of my artwork, creating a captivating and enduring experience that will be cherished for generations.
