Editions & Certificate of Authenticity (CoA)

Limited Editions

My Limited Edition Fine Art prints are produced in a strictly limited, pre-defined quantity. Once the edition is sold out, the artwork will never be produced again in the same size and print type. This ensures lasting value and exclusivity for collectors.

Each edition is signed, individually numbered with a tamper-evident holographic label system and accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) which guarantees the genuineness and origin of the artwork.

The total edition is usually no more than 30 and is divided by size and print type.

I personally reserve two (2) EA (Épreuve d’Artiste / Artist Proof) per edition. These prints are not part of the numbered series and are typically kept for my own collection, exhibitions or special purposes — though they may occasionally be made available for purchase.

Original Editions

An Original Edition is a one-of-a-kind artwork, which means it is printed only once, in a single size and print type. It is not printed in multiple sizes or print types.

Each Original Edition is signed, secured with a tamper-evident holographic label system and accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) which guarantees the genuineness and origin of the artwork.

Once an Original Edition is sold, I do not retain an EA (Épreuve d’Artiste / Artist Proof) for myself — the artwork exists only as a single 1/1 print, adding to its exclusivity.

Open Editions

Open Editions are available without a limit on the number of prints produced, offering a more accessible way to enjoy art in your space. While they don’t carry the same exclusivity as Limited or Original Editions, they still capture the essence and beauty of the artwork.

These prints are not hand-signed or numbered, making them more affordable — yet they maintain a high standard of quality and work beautifully as bold visual elements in any interior.

Use Beyond Editions

While my Limited and Original Editions remain unique and exclusive Fine Art prints, I reserve the right to reproduce the same image in other non-editioned products — such as postcards, posters, calendars or other merchandise — as long as these do not compete with the original Fine Art print type. These versions are always clearly distinguished and do not affect the value, exclusivity or singularity of the original editioned artwork.

Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) – Ensuring Security and Genuineness of the Artwork

Each Limited Edition or One-of-a-Kind artwork purchased from Galleria Green includes an official Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) verifying the originality of the work, confirming its edition number and ensuring that no unauthorized copies exist.

The CoA contains all essential information about the artwork — including the title, the series name, the edition number within the selected print type, the total number of artist proofs (EA / Épreuves d’Artiste), as well as the size, medium, print type and year of creation.

The embossed Certified Art Giclée mark on the CoA indicates that the artwork has been produced by a master printer using museum-grade materials and techniques. It serves as a quality guarantee and a mark of long-term durability.

The certificate is signed by me as the artist and by the master printer responsible for the production.

To protect the integrity of both the artwork and its documentation I use a tamper-evident security seal system. Once a piece is sold one holographic seal is permanently affixed to the back of the artwork and a matching seal is applied to the printed certificate. These seals are uniquely identifiable, featuring a self-generated air bubble structure within a translucent polymer, a secure ID and QR code, and are made with archivally safe non-acidic materials that do not harm the artwork in any way.

Additionally the unique ID is recorded in a secure digital registry where the authenticity and edition status of the artwork can be verified at any time. The address of the registry is printed directly on the Certificate of Authenticity.

Once applied the tag cannot be removed or transferred without visible damage. This system creates a secure and transparent link between the artwork and its certificate — combining physical verification with digital traceability, offering collectors confidence, protection and the tangible proof of the artwork’s uniqueness.
