These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on or after this date.  

 

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Galleria Green offers worldwide delivery. Once the artwork has been printed and is ready for shipment, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the order. This allows the delivery to be followed throughout the shipping process.

Each artwork is shipped in custom-made, art-secure packaging by trusted logistics partners, with insurance coverage against delivery damages to ensure its safety in transit.

 

What’s Included in the Delivery

 

• Art-secure packaging, carefully selected and tailored to the chosen print type — such as a reinforced wooden crate, a protective rolled tube or a robust cardboard box with foam inserts
• A Fine Art Photography print, individually produced, signed by the artist and ready to hang
• An official Certificate of Authenticity (CoA), printed on archival Hahnemühle Fine Art paper, for Limited Edition or One-of-a-Kind works

 

Shipping Costs

The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on several factors:

• The selected print type, size and weight
• The country of production and shipping origin
• The delivery destination
• The packing method and required delivery insurance

 

Please note: Local taxes, customs duties or any additional fees that may apply in the destination country are not included in the delivery price. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery Time Estimates

The estimated production and delivery time is between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on:

• the chosen print type
• the production location
• the destination country

 

Please note that this is a non-binding estimate. Delays caused by customs clearance or other local regulations may extend the timeframe. These external factors are beyond the control of Galleria Green and our print lab partners.

 

Shipping Damages and Claims

While every precaution is taken to ensure safe delivery, shipping damages can occasionally occur. In such rare cases:

• Please refer to the Return Policy page for detailed instructions
• All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package

 

This deadline is determined by our printing lab partners and is binding for all orders.
